Soccer Recap: Alton Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

Alton and O'Fallon squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Alton had to settle for second. They lost 9-0 to the Panthers. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against O'Fallon this season, with their most recent loss being a 9-0 defeat back in April.

Alton's defeat dropped their record down to 2-19-1. As for O'Fallon, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 17-1-1.

As of now, neither Alton nor the Panthers have any future games scheduled.
