It was a good run, but Alta unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Friday. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Hurricane Tigers.

Alta's defeat dropped their record down to 10-9. As for Hurricane, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-10 record this season.

Alta has already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Carbon on the 20th. As for Hurricane, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 3-1 loss against San Juan on the 19th.
