The Kaukauna Galloping Ghosts will head out to square off against the Appleton East Patriots at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Kaukauna's pitching crew has only allowed 2.6 runs per game this season, so Appleton East's hitters will have their work cut out for them.

On Saturday, Kaukauna narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past Pulaski 2-1. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Galloping Ghosts.

Meanwhile, after only one run in their last match, Appleton East made sure to put some runs up on the board against Oshkosh North on Thursday. The Patriots put the hurt on the Spartans with a sharp 11-1 win. The Patriots haven't had any issues with the Spartans recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Kaukauna's record is now 9-6. As for Appleton East, their record now sits at 11-5.
