Game recap: Strong rushing attack provided by Germany and Gallman as Grayson high school football team bests Berkmar

Jordan Germany ran for three touchdowns and Wayne Gallman added two as well as Grayson (Loganville, Ga.) beat Berkmar (Lilburn, Ga.) 62-0 on Saturday.

The Rams were up 42-0 at the half after taking the lead on a touchdown run by Gallman in the first quarter.

Grayson expanded its lead to 56 points entering the fourth quarter. GHS scored two times in the third, including once on a Gallman touchdown run.

The Loganville school put up 35 points in the first quarter en route to the win. The Rams scored on a touchdown run by Gallman, a Germany touchdown run, a touchdown run by Germany, a touchdown run and a defensive touchdown in the quarter.

Led by Robert Nkemdiche, Grayson came into the game allowing 11.8 points per game.



GHS also won the meeting between the two teams last season, 43-0.

With the win the Rams extended their winning streak to four games.

In a AAAAAA Region 8 game next week Berkmar (1-6) takes on Archer, and Grayson (6-1) will go up against South Gwinnett also in a AAAAAA Region 8 game.
