Basketball Recap: San Diego Takes a Loss + How To Watch

San Diego lost against San Marcos back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Cavers took a blow against the Knights, falling 90-49. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Cavers have suffered since December 11, 2024.

Mike Brown had an outrageously good game for San Marcos as he dropped a double-double with 33 points and ten boards. Those 33 points gave Brown a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Jalen Williams, who went 5-for-8 en route to 18 points.

San Diego's defeat dropped their record down to 2-1. As for San Marcos, the win got them back to even at 1-1.

Coming up, San Diego won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against El Camino at 12:35 p.m. on Wednesday. As for San Marcos, they will hit the road for the first time this season to take on Torrey Pines at 7:00 p.m. on December 3.
