Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Faith Christian). They simply couldn't be stopped on Thursday as they easily beat the Tabernacle Christian Rams 92-57. The Eagles have beaten the Rams the last four times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Rams has come to flipping the script.

Faith Christian's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Collin Frye, who went 9 of 11 en route to 21 points and five rebounds. The dominant performance also gave Frye a new career-high in field goal percentage (82%). Another player making a difference was Hayden Arnett, who went 7 for 14 on his way to 19 points and three steals.

Faith Christian was working as a unit and finished the game with 16 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

Cortlyn Tanner and Blain Wallace certainly did their best on Thursday to avoid the loss. Tanner posted 30 points, while Wallace scored 18 points. Tanner has become a key player for Tabernacle Christian: the team is 5-2 when he posts at least 20 points, but 2-6 otherwise.

Faith Christian's victory bumped their record up to 16-9. As for Tabernacle Christian, they now have a losing record at 7-8.

Faith Christian has already played their next contest, a 43-37 loss against Alamance Christian on the 31st. As for Tabernacle Christian, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 50-46 defeat against Rockwell Christian School on the 4th.
