Volleyball Game Preview: Royal Oak Ravens vs. Seaholm Maples

Royal Oak is 0-3 against Seaholm since August of 2019 but things could change on Thursday. The Ravens will welcome the Maples at 7:00 p.m.

Royal Oak lost 3-0 to Athens on Tuesday.

While Royal Oak was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Athens' winning margin in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-18, 28-26.

Seaholm not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since September 25th (when they won 3-0). Everything went their way against Farmington as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Maples.

The 3-0 score doesn't really reflect how close the match was: every set was decided by three points or less. The final score came out to 25-22, 25-22, 25-22.

Seaholm's win bumped their record up to 7-21-1. As for Royal Oak, their loss dropped their record down to 3-17.
