Soccer Recap: Westside Comes Up Short

Westside was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 10-0 to the Baldwin Braves. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Baldwin this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 5-3 back in March.

Westside's loss dropped their record down to 1-12. As for Baldwin, their win bumped their record up to 7-9.

Coming up, Westside will challenge Richmond Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Westside's defense better be ready for this one: Richmond Academy have averaged an impressive 6.5 goals per game this season. As for Baldwin, they didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 10-0 victory against Hephzibah on the 15th.
