Baseball Recap: Poultney Takes a Loss

Poultney lost against Arlington Memorial on May 2nd, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Blue Devils fell just short of the Eagles by a score of 9-8. The Blue Devils have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Poultney's loss dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Arlington Memorial, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 5-1.

Looking ahead, Poultney will be playing in front of their home fans against Green Mountain at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Arlington Memorial, they will head out on the road to challenge Burr & Burton at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
