Volleyball Recap: Skyline Takes a Loss

The Skyline Eagles didn't have quite enough to beat the Grosse Pointe South Blue Devils on Saturday and fell 2-1. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Skyline's loss dropped their record down to 17-9-2. As for Grosse Pointe South, the win got them back to even at 9-9-1.

Looking ahead, Skyline will take on Saline at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Hornets will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something the Eagles surely won't give up without a fight. As for Grosse Pointe South, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against Marysville on the 27th.
