Softball Recap: New Hope Indians vs. North Jackson Chiefs
New Hope lost to North Jackson back in April of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Monday. The New Hope Indians sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-0 win over the North Jackson Chiefs. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Indians have posted since February 15th.

The result came thanks to Ella Baswell's shutout, as she gave up just four hits and racked up seven Ks. That's the most strikeouts she has posted since back in March of 2024.
