Jordan Ortiz Game Report: @ Memorial Day

First Preparatory Christian Academy was led to victory by Jordan Ortiz, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Saturday. Ortiz went 5 for 9 on his way to 17 points and eight rebounds. The effort marked the most points he has had since back in February of 2024. He is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last eight games he's played.

Ortiz's strong effort led First Preparatory Christian Academy over Memorial Day and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. First Preparatory Christian Academy has some work to do to even out the 2-8 series between these two since February of 2021, but a win here would be a good start.
