Unioto has gone 4-0 against Circleville recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Unioto Shermans will head out to take on the Circleville Tigers at 7:30 p.m. Unioto will be strutting in after a win while Circleville will be coming in after a defeat.

On Friday, Unioto was able to grind out a solid victory over Zane Trace, taking the game 48-36. The win was all the more spectacular given the Shermans' disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 159th, while the Pioneers are ranked 20th).

Meanwhile, Circleville unfortunately witnessed the end of their five-game winning streak on Friday. They might have been a little too into the holiday spirit, gifting Hamilton Township an easy 66-45 victory.

Unioto's win was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 5-2. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 63.8 points per game. As for Circleville, their loss was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 4-1 and their overall record down to 5-2.

Unioto strolled past Circleville in their previous meeting back in January by a score of 63-49. The rematch might be a little tougher for Unioto since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
