STEM School Highlands Ranch's game on Wednesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They put the hurt on Aurora West College Prep Academy with a sharp 3-0 win. STEM School Highlands Ranch hasn't had any issues with Aurora West College Prep Academy recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 25-21, 25-14.

Amelia St. Martin paced STEM School Highlands Ranch's offense, picking up ten kills. St. Martin got some help from Evelyn (Evie) Grubb and her 22 assists. Grubb was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

STEM School Highlands Ranch's win bumped their record up to 6-7. As for Aurora West College Prep Academy, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-7 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. STEM School Highlands Ranch will take on Two Roads Charter School at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Aurora West College Prep Academy, they will square off against Vanguard Classical East at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
