You're bound to get a positive result if you outscore your opponent every quarter, and that's exactly how it played out for Bloomingdale on Friday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that they blew the Wharton Wildcats out of the water with a 77-25 final score. The Bulls have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 12 matchups by 38 points or more this season.

Savannah Ferguson had an outrageously good game as she shot 5-for-8 from downtown and dropped a double-double on 19 points and ten steals. The dominant performance gave her a new career-high in points. Another player making a difference was Noelle Mengel, who went 6 for 14 on her way to 13 points in addition to five assists and five boards.

Bloomingdale smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 21 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least nine offensive rebounds in 12 consecutive contests.

Wharton's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Sydney Hurst, who dropped a double-double on 11 points and ten rebounds, and Liala Williams, who posted nine points. Hurst has become a key player for Wharton: the team is 9-4 when she posts at least eight boards, but 3-5 otherwise.

Bloomingdale's win was their 16th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 15-5. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 28.5 points per game. As for Wharton, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-9.

Bloomingdale wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 63-49 victory against Clearwater on the 25th. Wharton has also already played their next match (against Blake), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
