St. Michael the Archangel entered their tilt with Belton on Tuesday with seven consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with eight. They blew past the Pirates 3-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 on October 4th.

St. Michael the Archangel was led to victory by Bella Roccaro and Molly Bokenkroger. Roccaro had eight digs and three aces, while Bokenkroger had 14 digs and one assist. Bokenkroger is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last 15 games she's played.

Despite the defeat, Belton saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Maddie Asaeli had five digs and two aces.

St. Michael the Archangel's record now sits at 29-7. As for Belton, the loss snapped their winning streak at eight matches and leaves them with a 27-10 record.

Coming up, St. Michael the Archangel will take on Kearney at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Belton does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
