Valley View waltzed into their matchup on Friday with seven straight wins... but they left with eight. They blew past the Brookville Blue Devils 27-7. Considering the Spartans have won four games by more than 19 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Anthony Valenti continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 113 yards and a pair of scores on only eight carries, while also picking up 33 receiving yards and one touchdown. What's more, he posted two rushing touchdowns, the most he's had since back in October of 2024.

Valley View's win bumped their record up to 8-1. As for Brookville, their defeat was their first of the season and also makes their record 8-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Valley View will venture away from home to square off against Waynesville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Brookville, they will head out to challenge Franklin at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
