Volleyball Recap: Crimson Cliffs Makes It Five in a Row on the Road

Crimson Cliffs had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Dixie Flyers. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 on April 1st.

Crimson Cliffs was especially dominant in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-21, 25-21.

Cohen Romney paced Crimson Cliffs' offense, picking up 11 kills. Romney got some help from Nathan Dana and his 16 assists. Romney was also solid from the service line: he led the team with three aces.

Crimson Cliffs pushed their record up to 17-8 with the victory, which was their fifth straight on the road. As for Dixie, they are on an 11-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-16.

Crimson Cliffs does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Dixie, they will head out on the road to take on Hurricane at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
