They took their match at home on Monday with ease, bagging a 65-0 win over the Taravella Trojans. Considering the Lightning have won three games by more than 20 points this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.
Jake Balanovich was his usual excellent self, throwing for 190 yards and three touchdowns on only 13 passes, while also rushing for 32 yards and a touchdown. Santi Paz was in the mix too, providing Cypress Bay with two touchdowns.
