Volleyball Recap: Susitna Valley Extends Winning Streak to Three

Susitna Valley had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Cook Inlet Academy Eagles as they made off with a 3-0 victory. This was a revenge game for the Rams: when they faced off against the Eagles back in October, they had to take a 3-2 loss.

Susitna Valley was especially dominant in the third set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-16, 25-10.

Susitna Valley's win bumped their record up to 26-8. As for Cook Inlet Academy, their defeat ended a six-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 21-16.

Susitna Valley does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Cook Inlet Academy, they will face off against Lumen Christi at 3:00 p.m. on Friday.
