Baseball Recap: North Clarion Comes Up Short

North Clarion managed to slip by Cranberry Area the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Wolves lost 11-1 to the Berries on Wednesday. The Wolves' loss continues a trend for the squad, making it four in a row dating back to last season.

North Clarion's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Cranberry Area, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Coincidentally, North Clarion and Cranberry Area will both be playing Union/Allegheny-Clarion Valley the next time they take the field. The Berries will head out to face Union/Allegheny-Clarion Valley at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, while the Wolves will head out to face them at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday.
