Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Wilson Hall). They put the hurt on the Notre Dame Academy Eagles with a sharp 13-1 win on Tuesday. The victory was some much needed relief for the Barons as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak.

Wilson Hall's win bumped their record up to 2-5. As for Notre Dame Academy, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-7 record this season.

Wilson Hall will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Laurence Manning Academy at 5:00 p.m. on May 1. The Swampcats will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Barons surely won't give up without a fight. As for Notre Dame Academy, they will be staying on the road on Thursday to face off against St. Joseph Hill Academy at 9:00 a.m.
