Basketball Recap: Crandon Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Crandon can now relate to. They took a hard 66-48 fall against the St. Mary Catholic Zephyrs on Saturday. While losing is never fun, the Cardinals can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 96th, while the Zephyrs are ranked 29th).

Crandon's loss dropped their record down to 19-5. As for St. Mary Catholic, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 22-3.

As of now, neither Crandon nor St. Mary Catholic have any future games scheduled.
