Soccer Recap: Upper St. Clair Comes Up Short

Upper St. Clair was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the North Allegheny Tigers. If Upper St. Clair were looking for revenge after losing 1-0 to North Allegheny when the teams met back in August of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Upper St. Clair's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for North Allegheny, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-2 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Upper St. Clair will host Connellsville at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for North Allegheny, they will challenge Norwin at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday.
