Volleyball Recap: Ouray Trojans vs. Ridgway Demons
Ouray was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They fell 3-1 to the Ridgway Demons. Ouray's defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Ridgway, the victory snapped their losing streak at 19 games dating back to last season and leaves them with a 1-8 record.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Ouray will venture away from home to face off against Mancos at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Ridgway, their road trip will continue as they head out to face Norwood at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams are at an even 5-5 against one another since October of 2018, but likely not for long.
