Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Cerritos). Everything went their way against the Glenn Eagles on Friday as they made off with a 19-1 victory. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Dons also won the last time the pair played back in April of 2024.

Cerritos is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 7-4 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.8 runs over those games. As for Glenn, their loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 8-4.

Cerritos wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 14-2 victory against Whitney on the 8th. As for Glenn, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, an 11-0 defeat against Pioneer on the 8th.
