Baseball Recap: Custer County Takes a Loss

Custer County lost to Hoehne on Thursday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Bobcats came up short against the Farmers, falling 27-13. The Bobcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Custer County now has a losing record of 5-6. As for Hoehne, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 5-6-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Custer County will venture away from home to square off against Simla at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Hoehne, they will take on Crowley County at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. The Farmers' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Chargers have averaged an impressive 11.9 runs per game this season.
