Basketball Recap: Foss Takes a Loss

Foss lost against Eatonville back in December of 2022 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Foss Falcons were outmatched by the Eatonville Cruisers and fell 70-13. The match marked the Falcons' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

It was another big night for Bailey Andersen, who posted 23 points along with seven steals and six assists for Eatonville. The game was Andersen's sixth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Lillian Bickford, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 11 boards.

Foss has been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-10 record this season. As for Eatonville, their victory was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 11-2.

Foss didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 58-38 defeat against Steilacoom on the 24th. As for Eatonville, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 78-20 win against Washington on the 24th.
