Basketball Recap: Hartington-Newcastle Takes a Loss

Hartington-Newcastle lost against Bloomfield back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Hartington-Newcastle Wildcats fell to the Bloomfield Bees 44-38.

Bloomfield's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Madyson Mlady led the charge by putting up 16 points and seven rebounds. Another player making a difference was Avery Bargman, who posted 11 points.

Hartington-Newcastle's defeat dropped their record down to 12-9. As for Bloomfield, their victory bumped their record up to 15-9.

As of now, neither Hartington-Newcastle nor Bloomfield have any future games scheduled.
