Basketball Recap: Pelham Skates Past Bishop Brady with Ease

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Pelham). They took their matchup on Tuesday with ease, bagging an 86-49 victory over the Bishop Brady Giants. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest win of the season.

Pelham's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-4. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 73.7 points per game. As for Bishop Brady, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-7.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Pelham will head out to take on Souhegan at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Pelham knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past five games -- so hopefully Souhegan likes a good challenge. As for Bishop Brady, they will venture away from home to face off against Lebanon at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Bishop Brady is facing Lebanon at the right time seeing as Lebanon is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
