Baseball Recap: East Lawrence Comes Up Short

East Lawrence fell victim to Good Hope and their airtight pitching crew on Saturday. They came up short against the Raiders, falling 10-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Raiders this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 7-3 last Tuesday.

East Lawrence's loss was their 27th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 3-23. As for Good Hope, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 12-7.

East Lawrence does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Good Hope, they will take on Winston County at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
