Maryville Christian barely beat Midway the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Eagles put the hurt on the Green Wave with a sharp 15-7 victory on Monday. Benjamin Paddock made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he tossed four innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off two hits. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in four consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, getting on base in four of his five plate appearances with three RBI and one run.
