Argonaut won the last time they faced Galt and things went their way on Thursday too. The Mustangs were the clear victors by a 10-1 margin over the Warriors. The result was nothing new for the Mustangs, who have now won 12 matches by six runs or more so far this season.

Bailey Baker was incredible, getting on base in three of her four plate appearances with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI. Jewels Gilbert was another key player, going 2-for-4 with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI.

Argonaut is on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 14 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-5 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.3 runs on average over those games. As for Galt, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last eight games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-15 record this season.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Argonaut beat Galt by a score of 9-0 later that day.
