Aurora waltzed into their contest on Thursday with seven straight wins... but they left with eight. They blew past the McDonald County Mustangs 57-26. The Houn Dawgs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight matches by 20 points or more this season.

Despite the loss, McDonald County still got an impressive performance from Carlie Martin, who posted 15 points and three steals. Rayne Knox also deserves some recognition as she pulled down her first board of the season.

Aurora's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-3. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 26 points. As for McDonald County, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-10.
