Denver Christian had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They blew past the Loveland Classical Lions 3-0 on Saturday. Winning may never get old, but the Thunder sure are getting used to it with their tenth in a row.

Denver Christian was especially dominant in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-7, 25-18.

Denver Christian's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Anna Price, who had 18 assists and six digs. That's the most digs Price has posted since back in October. Another player making a difference was Bree Austin, who had 15 digs.

Denver Christian's victory bumped their record up to 20-4. As for Loveland Classical, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 12-12.

Coincidentally, Denver Christian and Loveland Classical will both be playing Monte Vista the next time they take the court. The Lions will head out to face the Pirates at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, while the Thunder will play them later in the day, at 2:25 p.m.
