Basketball Recap: Elko Comes Up Short

Elko lost against Churchill County back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Elko Indians fell 41-34 to the Churchill County Greenwave. The Indians have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Elko now has a losing record at 5-6. As for Churchill County, their win bumped their record up to 10-6.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Churchill County beat Elko by a score of 41-34 on Friday.
