Basketball Recap: Pisgah Takes a Loss

Pisgah and Section squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Pisgah had to settle for second. They took an 89-76 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Section Lions. The Eagles haven't had much luck with the Lions recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Pisgah's loss dropped their record down to 12-10. As for Section, the victory (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 25-8.

Pisgah does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Section, they will challenge Tuscaloosa Academy on Monday. One thing working in Tuscaloosa Academy's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last 14 matchups.
