Basketball Game Preview: Arizona College Prep Knights vs. Notre Dame Prep Saints

The Arizona College Prep Knights will be home for the holidays to greet the Notre Dame Prep Saints at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, the two teams will really light up the scoreboard.

On Friday, Arizona College Prep ended up a good deal behind Centennial and lost 81-66. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game on Thursday (64), the Knights still had to take the loss.

Meanwhile, Notre Dame Prep put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They managed a 61-57 win over Regis Jesuit. The 61-point effort marked the Saints' lowest-scoring game of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Notre Dame Prep pushed their record up to 5-0 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. As for Arizona College Prep, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-5 record this season.
