Soccer Recap: Perry Victorious

After failing to score in their last match, Perry made sure to put some goals up on the board against Dobson on Wednesday. They never let the Dobson Mustangs onto the board and left with a 4-0 win. Considering the Pumas' offense had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.

They hit Dobson with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Brady Silsby, Jaymis Brown, Jacoby Franklin, and Gunnar Smith.

Perry's victory bumped their record up to 4-5-1. As for Dobson, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-5-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Perry will head out to face off against Mountain View at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Dobson, they are taking a road trip to take on McClintock at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
