Bigfork faced Polson in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Tuesday. The Vikings & Valkyries were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Pirates. The victory was nothing new for the Vikings & Valkyries as they're now sitting on four straight.

While Bigfork might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Polson scored at least 21 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-22, 25-21, 25-23.

Somer Campos paced Bigfork's offense, picking up nine kills. Campos got some help from Taylor Howlett and her 24 assists. Raegan Waller controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Bigfork's win bumped their record up to 27-8-1. As for Polson, their loss ended a five-match streak of away wins and brought them to 14-3.

As of now, neither Bigfork nor the Pirates have any future games scheduled.
