Baseball Recap: Analy Victorious

Analy posted their closest victory since May 16, 2025 on Tuesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Salesian College Preparatory Pride, sneaking past 8-7.

Benji Parodi looked comfortable as he struck out seven batters over four innings while giving up just two earned runs off three hits (and not a single walk). He has been consistent: he hasn't given up a single walk any time he's pitched this season.

At the plate, Hunter Thomas was incredible, going 2-for-5 with two runs, one triple, and one stolen base. That triple was his first of the season. Another player making a difference was Brady Striniste, who went 2-for-4 with one run, one double, and one RBI.

Analy kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. They are a perfect 3-0 when they post 11 or more hits.

Analy now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Salesian College Preparatory, their loss dropped their record down to 2-5-1.

Looking ahead, Analy will face off against Healdsburg at 6:00 p.m. on the 25th. As for Salesian College Preparatory, they will square off against Eureka at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday. The Loggers' pitching crew has only allowed four runs per game this season, so the Pride's hitters will have their work cut out for them.
