Freeport waltzed into their match on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. Everything went their way against the East Allegheny Wild Cats as they made off with a 13-3 win. That ten run margin sets a new team best for the Yellowjackets this season.

Freeport now has a winning record of 3-2. As for East Allegheny, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

Looking ahead, Freeport will face off against Deer Lakes at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Freeport is facing Deer Lakes at the right time seeing as Deer Lakes is stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for East Allegheny, they will challenge Greensburg Central Catholic at 3:45 p.m. on Wednesday.
