Football Game Preview: East Hampton/Ross vs. Wyandanch

East Hampton/Ross will be defending their home turf for the first time on Saturday when they go up against Wyandanch at 6:30 PM. If you head out to watch the game, expect to stay the whole 48 minutes: the MaxPreps rankings predict a close match.

It was close but no cigar for East Hampton/Ross as they fell 0-2 to Bayport-Blue Point last week. This makes it the second defeat in a row for East Hampton/Ross.

Meanwhile, Wyandanch came out on top in a nail-biter against Port Jefferson, sneaking past 26-23. The success made it back-to-back wins for Wyandanch.

Wyandanch's win lifted them to 2-0 while East Hampton/Ross's loss dropped them down to 0-2. We'll find out if Wyandanch can add another positive mark to their record or if East Hampton/Ross can shake off the loss and take the spring out of Wyandanch's step.
