Football Preview: River Valley Dust Devils vs. Kofa Kings
The River Valley Dust Devils will head out on the road to square off against the Kofa Kings at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Kofa fought the good fight in their overtime game against Antelope on Friday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They and the Rams were almost perfectly matched up, but they suffered a 35-34 loss.
River Valley's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Kofa, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-3.
Everything came up roses for River Valley against Kofa when the teams last played back in September of 2023 as the team secured a 60-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for River Valley since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
