Baseball Recap: Ottawa Hills Takes a Loss

Ottawa Hills fell victim to Forest Hills Eastern and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 18-0 to the Hawks, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The Bengals have struggled against the Hawks recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive lost meeting.

Ottawa Hills saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Zach Kinnear, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base.

Ottawa Hills' loss dropped their record down to 2-20. As for Forest Hills Eastern, the win (which was their 16th in a row) raised their record to 16-1.

While Ottawa Hills had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
