Baseball Recap: West Allis Hale Takes a Loss

West Allis Hale lost against Hamilton on Tuesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Huskies lost 8-2 to the Chargers. The Huskies have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Blake Etzel made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 1-for-2 with one home run and two RBI. That home run was his first of the season.

West Allis Hale's loss dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Hamilton, they pushed their record up to 9-1 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season.

When West Allis Hale and Hamilton next hit the field, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. The Huskies will try to stop Lodi's three-game winning streak when they meet at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Hamilton will challenge Arrowhead and their three-game winning streak at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Chargers 1.8, the Warhawks 3.9) so any runs scored will be well earned.
