Baseball Recap: Springfield Takes a Loss

The Springfield Millers came up short against the Lebanon Warriors on Tuesday, falling 11-5. The Millers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Springfield saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Blake Wasson, who scored a run while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances.

Springfield now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Lebanon, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Coming up, Springfield will play host again on Wednesday to welcome Gresham, where first pitch is scheduled at 12:00 p.m. Lebanon has already played their next matchup (against Cascade), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
