Soccer Recap: Stow-Munroe Falls Takes a Loss

Stow-Munroe Falls entered their game against Solon on Wednesday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Bulldogs fell just short of the Comets by a score of 2-1. The contest was a 0-0 toss-up at halftime, but Stow-Munroe Falls couldn't quite close it out.

Stow-Munroe Falls' defeat dropped their record down to 2-5-2. As for Solon, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 6-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Stow-Munroe Falls will host Louisville at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Solon, they will challenge North Royalton at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
