It was a good run, but Temple unfortunately witnessed the end of their seven-game winning streak on Saturday. They took a 64-56 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Northgate Vikings. The Tigers were probably out for revenge after losing 74-62 to them when the teams met back in January of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Temple's loss ended a six-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 14-4. As for Northgate, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a massive bump to their 10-7 record this season.

Temple will be playing in front of their home fans against Pepperell at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Temple is facing Pepperell at the right time seeing as Pepperell is stuck on an 18-game losing streak. As for Northgate, they will head out on the road to face off against Newnan at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Northgate's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last four matchups.
