Volleyball Recap: Forest Hills Comes Up Short

Forest Hills was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 11th straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Long Island City Bulldogs.

Forest Hills' loss dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Long Island City, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 6-1.

Forest Hills and Long Island City will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next matchups. The next time the Rangers see the court they'll take on Metropolitan at 4:30 p.m. on the 25th. As for Long Island City, their break will end when they face Newcomers at 5:30 p.m. on the 21st.
